Mark Dreibelbis
President


Mr. Dreibelbis answered a calling from the Lord that led to creating The Famine Relief Foundation and Mission Ranch Orphanage.  Mark has a long history of humanitarian service including taking care of the homeless on the grates and streets of DC to rescuing children in the slums of Haiti. Mark’s passion to reach, rescue and restore the desperate is well known in Citi Soleil.


Chandra Singh
Secretary

Mrs. Singh was raised on a farm in Guyana. She has a deep understanding of third world life style and customs. She has a wonderful compassionate heart and desire to help those in need. Chandra is the foundation to our administrative activities and she is an anchor point for Child Sponsorship.


Marty Dreibelbis
Treasurer

Mr. Dreibelbis is the former owner of Horning Oil Company and currently is a self employed Petroleum Consultant. Marty sits on the Board of Directors with the Juniata Valley Bank of Mifflintown PA. Marty was responsible for the initial purchase, development, and construction of a 13 acre park with 3 ball fields, 3 soccer fields, and playground for area youth. Marty is a “get it done” kind of man. He was a first responder after the Earth Quake in Haiti on January 12, 2010.


Dr. Larry Kaplan
Medical Advisor



Dr. Kaplan has a lengthy resume of medical service including:

  • Gastroenterologist, Aspen Medical Group, Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN.
  • Senior Vice-President, Medical Management and Chief Medical Officer, MetroWest Health, Inc. Framingham, MA.
  • President and Chief Executive Officer, MetroWest Health, Inc. MetroWest Medical Center Framingham and Natick, MA.

Dr. Kaplan is fearless and will do anything to reach and care for a patient. He was a first responder after the earth quake in Haiti and many Haitians owe their lives to his service.


Wesley Burns
Logistics and Communications

 

 

Mr. Burns holds an advanced degree in engineering with a thesis in Building Structures in Earth Quake Conditions. He has been instrumental in the development of high speed rail and transportation efficiency. For decades, Wes has played an active role in supporting other non-profit organizations and is an advocate of environmental stewardship, and the betterment of human conditions. Wes is brilliant in thought and presentation. He is known for thinking way outside of the box and has tremendous vision and application for Mission Ranch.
